Who We Are

LAC provides free legal services for New Yorkers who have had interactions with the criminal legal system, use drugs, have drug or alcohol addiction or other substance use disorders, and/or are living with HIV or AIDS. We also offer limited help to people across the U.S. who are prohibited from taking medication for opioid use disorder.
