Legal Services for the Elderly in Queens provides civil legal services to needy residents of Queens 60 and older. Legal Services for the Elderly in Queens provides legal representation and consultation on a wide variety of legal problems of critical importance to older people. The most common legal problems of their clients are those concerning: tenants & housing, SSI & Social Security, Medicaid & Medicare, Food Stamps, utilities & consumer issues such as foreclosure, elder abuse, predatory lending and debt collection.
