Who We Are

The National Center for Law and Economic Justice advances the cause of economic justice for low income families, individuals and communities across the country. It engages in test case litigation and policy advocacy, and does not provide individual service.

How to Get Help

This organization only accepts referrals from other legal services organizations. The National Center for Law and Economic Justice provides representation in high impact, usually class action, matters, in cash assistance, Food Stamp, Medicaid, child care, and other programs serving low income persons, on referral from, and in collaboration with, other legal services providers.
