Who We Are
New York Law School’s Securities Arbitration Clinic provides free legal representation to small investors who have suffered damages due to the misconduct of their stockbrokers and brokerage firms. Students, under the supervision of professors, advise clients at all stages of the arbitration process and represent them in securities arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). For most clients, the clinic serves as a last resort, since they would not otherwise be able to afford or obtain legal representation.
