Who We Are
Project FAIR is a collaborative, New York City-based project working towards greater economic justice for low-income and homeless New Yorkers. Project FAIR empowers individuals and their communities by increasing access to information about public benefits, rights in administrative "fair hearings," and community services; by securing quality legal assistance for public assistance, food stamp, and Medicaid recipients; and by serving as a resource for community organizations.

Project FAIR advocates are available at our on-site information and referral table daily, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 3:00 p.m., to provide information about fair hearings, benefits and community services and to offer referral services.
The Project FAIR table is located in the central waiting area at: Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance Office of Administrative Hearings 14 Boerum Place, 1st Floor Brooklyn, NY.
