Gay Men's Health Crisis' (GMHC) Legal Services Department provides a continuum of practical and concrete HIV specific legal services that are critical to obtaining and maintaining access to housing and government benefits. In addition, we provide estate planning and advance directive services.
Immigration services are available to low-income New Yorkers, regardless of medical status.
All legal services are now free and no legal fees apply.
