JASA | Legal Services for Elder Justice

JASA | Legal Services for the Elder Justice (LSEJ) provides free civil legal services to Queens residents 60 and older. LSEJ provides legal representation and consultation on a wide variety of legal problems including housing and tenants' rights, SSI & Social Security, Medicaid & Medicare, SNAP benefits, consumer issues such as foreclosure, predatory lending and deed theft and elder abuse and financial exploitation.

At this time we are offering remote services. Please contact us during our regular hours of Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. via one of the following:

FYI North Brooklyn (Kings County) handles elder abuse cases, while Nassau County covers foreclosure matters.
