- single and lawfully present OR
- undocumented, married to a citizen, have kids OR
- married - one spouse has a green card and the other spouse has no documents OR
- low income undocumented single parent and child
It also links to an article on the NILC website about changes to taxes for people who do not have a social security number. Some immigrants do not qualify anymore for certain deductions. They will have to pay more taxes.
