Who We Are
The Education Law Unit at Bronx Legal Services provides representation to income eligible parents and community groups around most public school issues. Those issues include:
- Special Education
- Suspensions and MDR’s for students in Public and Charter Schools
- Student removal from schools by EMS/911
- Section 504 Accomodations
- Transfer and Transportation Issues
