Who We Are
HANAC is a nonprofit organization located in Astoria, Queens offering multiple social services. The Legal Victim Assistance program provides free legal help in regards to restitution, orders of protection, divorce filing, motions, affidavits, Humanitarian Visas Applications, illegal evictions, OVS applications, police and court accompaniment, and any other legal support to innocent crime victims and their families.
How to Get Help
To make an appointment, please call at (718) 396-5041, available Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Victims of crime should have a police report and date of the crime ready when calling.
