Mobilization for Justice, Inc. - Workplace Justice Project

The mission of Mobilization for Justice (formerly MFY Legal Services) is to achieve social justice, prioritizing the needs of people who are low-income, disenfranchised or have disabilities.

The Workplace Justice Project provides advice, counsel and representation to low-wage workers on unpaid wage claims, discrimination, health and safety violations, minimum wage and overtime violations, workers' compensation, and re-entry issues, including securing licenses.

Workers contact us through our helpline or are referred by a community-based organization. Mobilization for Justice holds bi-weekly legal clinics at its headquarters and conducts community legal education in collaboration with neighborhood-based organizations and re-entry organizations.

At this time we are offering remote services via an updated phone intake line, email, online intake portals, and social media.
