How to Get Help
Please call our NYC Financial Justice Hotline at (212) 925-4929. Our hotline is open Monday 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. You may also contact us online at form.fjhotline.nyc. The hotline is staffed in English and Spanish, and interpretation is available in many other languages. Please visit our website to view our hotline flyer and know-your-rights material in 11 languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Polish, Russian, and Urdu. Please note that we will need to conduct a brief intake to make sure you are eligible for our services.
