Who We Are
We are an umbrella agency that houses the following programs: Conflict Resolution/Mediation Program, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Jefferson County, Family Visitation Program, and Community and Youth Restorative Practices Program (formerly Youth Court).

- Description of Services
Conflict Resolution Program provides a variety of alternative dispute resolution services; CASA provides advocates for children who have been victims of abuse/neglect; Family Visitation provides supervised visitation for separated families; Restorative Practices provides an array of restorative justice and diversion services, including Youth Court, to youth and their families.
For Family Visitation, and some Family Court matters, there is a nominal fee. We offer assistance based on a sliding fee.

If you are experiencing, displacement of children due to arrest or death of parent (s); arrest of minor(s); housing displacement; placement or care of elderly if regular caregiver becomes unable to provide care. Client should come into the office or call the Center directly at 315-785-0333
