Who We Are
Safe Horizon provides wraparound legal services to survivors of violence, abuse and exploitation, regardless of immigration status. Our Domestic Violence Law Project assists victims of domestic violence in family justice proceedings, including orders of protection, custody, support, and divorce proceedings. The Immigration Law Project assists noncitizen survivors in applications for humanitarian-based immigration benefits, such as asylum, U visas, VAWA and SIJS. The Anti-Trafficking Program provides wraparound social and legal services to survivors of human trafficking.
