- Income Guidelines
Information and advice is provided on the phone at no cost to the child's family. If our staff determines that we need to review the child's school records in order to provide advice and/or represent the child, we attempt to provide these services under our grants or contracts so that there is no cost to the family. When this is not possible, the family is charged by the hour on a sliding scale that takes into account income and family size.
