In New York, you can have one or two eligible criminal conviction cases sealed on your record.
You can apply if:
- You have only 1-2 total criminal conviction cases on your record
- Of those, only 1 case can include felony conviction(s)
- It has been at least 10 years since your sentencing or release.
Certain offenses like violent felonies, sex crimes, and Class A felonies cannot be sealed
