Consent means you and your partner both agree about what you want to do together in your relationship. It's not just about saying "yes" or "no" one time.
A few things to know:
- Consent is a conversation that keeps happening.
- You both feel safe talking about what you're okay with, every single time.
- You should never feel pushed, scared, or talked into saying yes.
- Being in a relationship doesn't mean you have to agree to anything.
- You always have the right to change your mind, even if you said yes before.
You are the only person who gets to decide what happens to your body. You always have the right to stop if you feel uncomfortable, no matter what.
