What is EvictionDefender NY?

EvictionDefender NY is a project by legal aid organizations in upstate New York and Long Island, working together to help you stay in your home. It helps New Yorkers who live outside NYC.

Use the EvictionDefender NY tool to apply online for free legal help with your eviction problem:

1. Answer a few questions about your eviction case.
2. If you qualify, EvictionDefender NY matches you to a nearby legal organization.
3. The legal organization contacts you for an appointment.
